Complete Satisfaction

We are not satisfied unless you are! If for any reason you are not pleased with your items, simply return the order within 30 days for a complete refund, credit, or exchange. Shipping and Handling charged are not refundable. Merchandise must arrive back to us in it's original undamaged condition. Please use the original shipping box and packing material to return an item. Damaged Merchandise

If your purchase is damaged in shipping, save the box and packing content and contact 35th and Bell immediately at 1-888-635-5001. Please be ready to supply your name, order #, description of product's damage and condition of the box it came in so we can make a claim to the Shipping Company. We will get back to you with instructions ASAP. The shipping box must be retained in order to make a claim, otherwise we can not be responsible for replacing the item.



Shipping Information:

We offer only the best in shipping reliability and service on all products through UPS Standard Ground Service. Handling and shipping charges are calculated at time of order. Some destinations will require additional shipping charge over and above what is shown on the site, customer will be notified prior to shipping. Other shipping options are available upon request, additional charge may be incurred. Free shipping is available on items over $350.00 before tax, shipping or handling are added. Free shipping is not available on "sale" items or wholesale purchases.

Order Tracking Numbers

If available, the shipment tracking # will be sent to the customer via email. The customer may then follow the progress of the shipment by going to http://www.ups.com or calling 1-800-742-5877. UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.



Using the shopping basket:
